Shipping policy

Shipping is charged per item at checkout. If items can be sent together, any excess will be refunded after packing.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Please check the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au for information on
estimated delivery times, track your item, and see if there are any significant delivery
delays in Australia and your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over the
parcel delivery process. If your parcel has not arrived after 14 business days of the
estimated delivery date please send us a message and we can open a case with
Australia Post to investigate where it is. If your parcel is deemed "Lost in Transit" we
will refund your money in full.
Where a local courier is used, please check their website for updates.
 
AUSTRALIAN BUYERS:
Postage costs are calculated per weight and size using Australia Post Standard parcel
delivery or local courier, unless you have requested Express Post. Tracking numbers
are provided on the day they are sent.
Local pick up is available on the Gold Coast QLD, please contact us to arrange a
suitable time.
We reserve the right to cancel a sale if the shipping charge is in excess by 20% or
more of the listed postage cost due to a customer living in a remote area.
