Refund policy

INSURANCE:
Insurance is included for all our items up to the sale value. This covers damage or
loss of the item being sent.
 
RETURNS:
If we make an error in the description or condition of the listing we will refund the
item cost and initial postage/shipping charges. We will also pay for the return
postage/shipping costs.
If the buyer makes the purchase in error or has a change of mind we will refund the
item cost minus a 20% re-stocking fee. The buyer also pays for the initial and return
postage/shipping costs.
